# Co-Marketing Fit > Paste what your company does (the buyer, your audience numbers, integrations, past partnerships) and a shortlist of possible co-marketing partners, one row each. The browser scores what it can measure on a 1-5 scale - each partner's audience size, engagement, the reciprocity between the two audiences and the ease of execution - and flags competitors, lopsided audiences and missing facts. A paid score lane rates all six of the co-marketing skill's criteria and ranks the list; a paid plan lane writes a joint campaign with one partner, the agreement outline and the first outreach email. They want to know which partner to approach first, what to propose, and what to settle before the work starts. ## The free scan (in the browser, no model) - The shortlist as CSV, TSV, semicolon or pipe separated, or a Markdown table, with quoted cells; columns are mapped by name (partner, what_they_do, audience, audience_size, open_rate, relationship, competes, partnerships_team, past_co_marketing, notes). A name is enough to start. - Your company: your audience size (newsletter subscribers, followers, customers), your buyer, past co-marketing. - Per partner, the page's own 1-5 scale: audience size (under 1,000 = 1 up to 100,000+ = 5), engagement (an open or engagement rate, under 10% = 1 up to 40%+ = 5), reciprocity (the larger audience over the smaller, up to 2x = 5 down to more than 25x = 1), ease (a partnerships team and past co-marketing = 5, one = 3, neither = 1). - Flags CM-01..CM-10: the partner competes with you, no audience size, audiences more than 10x apart, no partnerships team and no history, your audience size not stated, your buyer not stated, no relationship signal, a partner listed twice, no engagement figure, only one partner. - Exports: the scan as Markdown and the partners as CSV. ## The paid lanes (one system prompt, routed on `task`) - `score`: for each partner, the skill's six criteria 1-5 (audience fit and brand alignment by judgement with quotes; size, engagement, reciprocity and ease as the page computed them), a partnership type (co-marketing, integrations, reseller, affiliate, marketplace), a verdict (pursue, maybe, pass), 1-2 campaign formats, risks and what to find out; a ranking and a top pick. - `plan`: a joint campaign with one partner - a format from the skill's list with its pitch and what customers get from both, alternatives, what each side brings, the eight-item agreement outline (campaign description, responsibilities, timeline, lead handling, promotion, branding, costs, metrics sharing), 3-6 timeline phases with no invented dates, metrics from the skill's list, the outreach email (both names in the subject, under 120 words, one clear ask) and what to prepare for the call. It can carry the scorecard entry for that partner. Every reply is checked against the input: quotes word for word, the page's scores repeated exactly, the verdict rules, the agreement items in order, and no invented size, rate, price, date or duration. ## Source Derived from the agent skill @coreyhaines31/co-marketing (https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@coreyhaines31/co-marketing), by Corey Haines, in coreyhaines31/marketingskills (MIT): https://github.com/coreyhaines31/marketingskills/tree/main/skills/co-marketing - its partner identification framework (audience overlap, ideal partner characteristics, the six scoring criteria rated 1-5), the five partnership types, the co-marketing campaign formats by category, brainstorming a campaign with one partner, the cold outreach template, what to prepare for the call, the simple co-marketing agreement outline and the success metrics.
